POLICE APPROVED LOCKSMITHS ?
Many customers fall prey to so called locksmiths and rogue traders stating they are "Police approved". There is no such approval given by the police authorities. They may advise a customer to use an MLA or ICL Lockmsith but they cannot "approve" any locksmith company. The locksmiths that work directly for police authorities are normally contracted.

LICENSED LOCKSMITHS ?
Again, The public fall prey to rogue Locksmiths stating they are licensed. The MLA has been campaigning for appropriate legislation to be brought in by the Government to license locksmiths thereby regulating the industry and replicating the high standards found within the MLA.
