Van Limpet Locks.
Why fit A Limpet Type Lock?
When vehicles are left over night or in areas that high
crime is an issue the Limpet Lock offers security as
well as a high visual deterent. With anti pick cylinders
as standard, Ball bearing inserts to prevent drilling
and internal fixing plates the Garrison Limpet Really
is the most secure lock of this type.
What makes the Limpet type Lock effective?
The Limpet type lock is designed to resist attack. The
shape alone deflects the attack from a hammer. The cylinder
is flush fitting to prevent snapping and with 6/8 bolts
for through fixing were sure it will hang on like a
limpet should! Anti drill pins, Ball bearings and hardened
inserts prevent most types of attack. Rear door Limpets
have an interlocking body to prevent pulling apart the
sections. Side door bodies are chamfered to allow close
fitting and ease of fitting. Can be keyed alike - one
key for both locks.
